For information regarding a tax certificate sold in November 2017, please call TAX EASE OHIO, LLC at: 1-866-907-2626. Customer Service representatives are available Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. EST.

If your parcel was subject to the 2017 tax certificate sale, you may mail payments to Tax Ease Ohio, LLC at the following address:

The Cuyahoga County Treasury will provide payoff information and accept payment in full on a sold tax certificate. Please make checks payable to: Cuyahoga County Treasurer and mail to: 2079 East Ninth Street, Cleveland OH 44115. Payments must be made with guaranteed funds (cash, money order or certified check). Delinquent payment plans are not available for parcels that were sold.

Notice: Parcels certified delinquent for tax years 2012 through 2017 are eligible for the November 2018 tax certificate sale.

In accordance with ORC Sections 5721.30 - 5721.43, parcels with unpaid delinquent taxes may have a tax certificate sold for the amount of the delinquent taxes, assessments, penalties, interests and administrative fees. To avoid the sale of a tax certificate, please submit payment in full or click here to inquire about payment arrangements.
