Attention Taxpayers: The Cuyahoga County Fiscal Office has been alerted that taxpayers in the cities of Shaker Heights, Cleveland Heights, and East Cleveland have received tax bills that do not include special assessments that were omitted from the original bill. If you have a mortgage, your lender is being alerted regarding the issue. If you pay your own tax bill, revised tax bills will be mailed to you. If you have already paid your tax bill, please remit only the amount owed for the special assessments to the Cuyahoga County Treasurer on or before January 30, 2020. Please call the Special Assessment Department at 216-698-3161 if additional information is needed. 

The Fiscal Office apologizes for the inconvenience this omission may have caused.

First Half 2019 Real Estate Taxes are due
January 30, 2020.

 


 Attention EasyPay ACH Participants:  The final debit for the First Half 2019 balance due will occur on January 23, 2020.

For information regarding a tax certificate sold in December 2018, please contact Finch Investment Group, LLC (FIG) at: 844-PAY-LIEN (1-844-729-5436) or email: payoff@figtaxes.com.

Taxpayers may access updated balance information and pay in full via the website: www.figtaxes.com

The Cuyahoga County Treasury will provide payoff information and accept payment in full on a sold tax certificate. Please make checks payable to: Cuyahoga County Treasurer and mail to: 2079 East Ninth Street, Cleveland OH 44115. Payments must be made with guaranteed funds (cash, money order or certified check). Please contact FIG to inquire about payment arrangements on a parcel that was sold.
