Third Party Notification

Seniors/dependent adult homeowners may designate another person or organization to be contacted in the event their taxes become delinquent. The designated third party will then be in the position to contact the homeowner and discuss the severity of becoming delinquent in payment of their real estate taxes and in danger of tax foreclosure or the sale of delinquent tax certificate.
